Tiny Houses that delight guests and generate revenue

We tailor our tiny houses entirely to the needs of short-term rental and hospitality — from a single glamping unit to a branded tiny house village.

Who it is for

One concept, many operators.

Holiday rental & Airbnb

Turnkey tiny houses as profitable holiday accommodation. Available for year-round rental, with the fittings guests expect.

Campsites & glamping

Upgrade your site with high-quality accommodation units that command significantly higher nightly rates than a pitch.

Hotels & resorts

Expand your accommodation capacity without a major construction site — one unit at a time or as a whole tiny house village, individually branded.

Tailored for rental operations

We build it the way your guests love it.

Robust fittings

Materials and furnishings designed to withstand rental use — low-maintenance, durable and easy to clean.

Sleeping arrangements tailored to occupancy

From a couples’ retreat to a family unit with lofts, we tailor the sleeping capacity to your target guests.

Self-check-in ready

Prepared for smart locks, keypad access and booking systems — guests come and go without staff on site.

Outdoor spaces & wellness

A terrace, outdoor shower or Soldanella sauna can be added as a premium feature that helps drive bookings.

Off-grid options

PV, battery storage and rainwater solutions for off-grid locations — enabling overnight stays even in unspoilt natural settings.

Your branding

Façade, interior fit-out and colour palette tailored to your brand — the tiny house becomes part of your brand presence.

Why it pays off

An investment that’s bookable — fast.

Whether you are expanding an existing site or creating a new accommodation offer, a tiny house can be installed and ready to operate in a short time while commanding premium nightly rates. We support you from site assessment and permitting through to the turnkey unit.

Low initial investment

From CHF 150'000 turnkey, including permits and utility connections — a fraction of the cost of a conventional permanent building.

High returns

Premium overnight rates with high occupancy — the investment pays for itself within a few years.

Up and running fast

Prefabricated in the factory and installed in days rather than months — so you can start generating revenue sooner.

Permits

We design our tiny houses to meet the approval requirements of your municipality.

Mobile & removable

Relocate, extend or dismantle the unit — your investment remains flexible.

High occupancy

Tiny houses are a booking magnet: it’s the experience that sells, not just the overnight stay.

Hotels and holiday villages in high-quality timber construction.

Together with our production partner HUSLine we also deliver large-scale timber projects in Switzerland — modularly prefabricated and erected within a single construction season.

  • Production and installation within a few months

Swiss standards & permits

We adapt the modules structurally and technically to Swiss regulations and support the building permit application process.

  • U-values & energy compliance documentation
  • Building permit application through to approval

Season Hotel

A hotel project built by HUSLine using modular timber-frame construction: the room modules were prefabricated and fully fitted out in the factory, then assembled on site in a short time to create the finished hotel. It demonstrates how complete timber hotels can be delivered quickly, precisely and sustainably.

“Through my role on the board of a hotel built using modular timber construction, I know first-hand both what guests expect and what timber buildings need to deliver operationally – from comfort in the room to commercial performance. Seeing how comfortable our guests feel in the timber rooms confirms to me every day that creating timber buildings for tourism with Soldanella is the right thing to do.”
