We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to individual processing activities, its requirements apply in addition.

Hosting and server log data

This website is operated using the network of Cloudflare, Inc. (USA); our database and media storage are hosted there as well. Cloudflare is certified under the Swiss–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and offers EU Standard Contractual Clauses. When you access the website, technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page accessed and browser type) is processed to deliver the site and ensure secure operation.

Contact form and register of interest

When you send us an enquiry, we process the information entered in the form: your name, email address, optionally your phone number, the nature of your enquiry, the selected model including size and specification, your message, and the language of the page you visited. We use this information to process and respond to your enquiry. The data is stored in our database and processed in our CRM system (Zoho CRM, data centre in the EU). To protect against automated requests, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare checks technical interaction characteristics without enabling us to identify you. The Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum also applies.

Newsletter

We only send you the newsletter if you actively subscribe through the newsletter form on our website or tick the relevant box in the enquiry form. For this purpose, we process your email address, the time of your consent, and the page and language used when you signed up; if you tick the box in the enquiry form, this is also stored with your enquiry. Like the enquiry form, the newsletter form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. To send the newsletter, we pass your email address to our mailing service (Zoho Campaigns, data centre in the EU) and add it to the list corresponding to the language of your sign-up. You will first receive an email containing a confirmation link; we only send the newsletter after you have confirmed your subscription. Zoho Campaigns records whether and when you open a newsletter (using an invisible tracking pixel) and which links you click; we use this information to improve our newsletters. In our own database, your email address is retained only until it has been transferred to Zoho Campaigns. If you unsubscribe, your address remains on the Zoho Campaigns suppression list so that no further newsletters are sent to you. You can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter or by emailing info@tinyhouse-soldanella.ch.

Fonts

The fonts used on this website are stored locally on our server. When you access the website, no connection is made to servers operated by Google or other font providers.

Maps, videos and 3D tours

Embedded third-party content is only loaded when you activate it with a click. Only then is data (including your IP address) transferred to the respective provider, which may set cookies:

  • Google Maps on the contact page (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC, USA);
  • YouTube videos in privacy-enhanced mode, youtube-nocookie.com (Google);
  • 3D tours of individual houses (provided via the manufacturer’s provider, Matterport).

Without activation, no data is transferred to these providers.

Instead of activating each element individually, you can permanently allow external media in the cookie notice. The content listed above will then load when you visit the relevant page. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. If you withdraw consent, the preview will immediately be shown again and no further data will be transferred.

Cookies

This website does not itself use cookies for analytics or marketing and does not use tracking services. One first-party cookie (“sold_consent”, duration 12 months) is technically necessary and is used solely to store your choice in the cookie notice so that we do not ask you again on every visit. The hosting provider may also set technically necessary cookies. Once embedded content has been activated, the third-party providers listed above may set their own cookies.

Disclosure of data

Your data is disclosed only to the service providers named here, who process it on our behalf, and to public authorities where we are legally required to do so. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact and then delete it, unless statutory retention requirements (up to 10 years under the Swiss Code of Obligations) or an ongoing contractual relationship require us to keep it longer. Newsletter data is retained until consent is withdrawn.

Your rights

You have the right to obtain information about the personal data we process about you, to request rectification or erasure, and to request that your data be provided or transferred. You may also withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact info@tinyhouse-soldanella.ch. The competent supervisory authority in Switzerland is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC); individuals in the EU may also contact their local supervisory authority.

Changes

We may update this privacy policy if our processing activities or the legal position change. The version published here at the relevant time applies.
